We work closely with you to create meticulously detailed floor plans and a comprehensive moodboard, providing you with a blueprint for your new bathroom. You can confidently share these plans with your GC or embark on your own shopping journey, knowing precisely what to acquire and how it will all seamlessly come together.

Outline of the Process

INITIAL CONSULTATION

Send us photos and videos of your bathroom and photos of your dream bathroom (if you don’t have them, we can work on it you)

Detailed Virtual Meeting

We will get together on a 60 min video call to review the information you sent, take measurements of your bathroom together so nothing gets missed, ask you questions about your budget, your wish list and go through every detail so we can design your dream bathroom for you

FLOOR PLAN OPTIONS

Our team will present you with 2-3 3D floor plans. You can pick the plan you like or we can work on creating a combination of 2 plans. 1 revision included. Please note: we will propose changes that will need plumbing and minor structural work. We ask you to verify the changes with your hired contractor.  If our proposed changes are not possible/pushing the budget, we will revise our plan for you.

Design and Moodboard

Once you pick the floor plan of your choice, we will then work on the design of the bathroom. We will send you a detailed moodboard with reference photos of each item that will go in the bathroom, colour codes and direct link to purchase where applicable.

2-3 floor plans + 1 set of revisions + 1 mood board which gives you everything you need to source and a vision of the end result that will you love

PAYMENT TERMS
A 50% upfront payment is required, with the remaining 50% due upon the delivery of your floor plans.
