Designing Dream Kitchens

Are you a DIY enthusiast eager to elevate your kitchen, or perhaps you've teamed up with a highly skilled General Contractor (GC) who excels at craftsmanship but needs help in design? Our Kitchen Renovation service is tailored precisely to your needs. We collaborate with you to craft floor plans and a mood-board that will bring your dream kitchen to life, providing you with a roadmap to either guide your GC or for your personal shopping adventure, ensuring your vision becomes a reality.

Outline of the Process

INITIAL CONSULTATION

Start by sharing photos and videos of your existing kitchen, outlining any functional challenges you face. If you have a vision board, share it with us; if not, we can help you develop one.

Detailed Virtual Meeting

We'll come together for a detailed 60-minute video call. During this session, we'll review the materials you've provided, take precise measurements of your kitchen space, discuss your budget, and put together your wish list, going into every detail to shape your dream kitchen.

FLOOR PLAN OPTIONS

Our team will present you with 2-3 3D floor plans. You can choose the plan you prefer or, if you wish, we can craft a hybrid plan that combines the best features of two options. One round of revisions is included.

Design and Moodboard

After selecting your preferred floor plan, we'll proceed with designing your kitchen. You will receive a comprehensive mood-board featuring reference photos for each item that will be incorporated into your kitchen, colour codes, and direct links for purchasing where applicable.

A 50% upfront payment is required, with the remaining 50% due upon the delivery of your floor plans.
