- 6 hours of aesthetic decision meeting with the builder, where we assist with selecting flooring, wall colour, finishes, materials, colors, cabinetry for every room through the house
- Expert advice on which upgrades from the builder add true value and which may be overpriced—ensuring you don’t overpay for changes
