Remote Consultation, for Lived-In & Vacant Homes

- A thorough walk-through of your listing through video call will allow our team to make all the recommendations required to prepare it for the market

- We will cover everything from furniture layout, re-arrangement, wall-colours, to light fixtures, etc., room by room to address every tiny detail

- Receive a detailed action item list post call with all ideas discussed, listed by room to ensure nothing is missed

- Get access to our exclusive “Studio Sheen Home Preparation Guide”, listing every cleaning and maintenance detail to be worked on

- Service Fee - $190 for 1 hour, $45 for each additional 30 mins

Remote Staging, for Lived-In Homes

- Great for adding warmth and glamour after the initial consultation, our team will drop off high-end art, accents, accessories, greenery from our inventory to stage your listing

- We will provide detailed notes on the placement of each item

- 1 hour call with our designer at no additional charge before the photography to ensure the listing is ready for stellar photos

- Service Fee – Designed to optimize your budget, based on the quantity and style of products provided

Vacant Home Staging

All vacant homes are staged per previous processes with extra safety measures such as gloves and masks worn by our team. We are also working with a team of no more than 3-4 staff members to avoid too many individuals in the same space. Finally, we disinfect door handles, counter tops or tables where we put our boxes/accents for the duration of the day to leave the property clean and sanitary for the next visitor.
